Account Recovery and Deletion
Recover access to your account or delete your account.

The Account Recovery process provides options for recovering access to your account in case you've forgotten your password or need to access your account from a new device.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can start the recovery process from the login screen.

  1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login form.
  2. You will be prompted to enter the email associated with your account.
  3. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your account.

You can also contact the support team to help you recover your account if you have other issues.

Delete Account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, you must contact support:https://shipcode.com/contact-us/help-feedback.
