Basic Components: Rating
Display rating starts to communicate average rating to users.
The Rating is a component that displays a configurable number of filled-in rating stars to communicate the average rating based on customer reviews to end users. You can power ratings by connecting the component to dynamic data or by setting a static value.
Appearance Properties
These properties, located in the Appearance Panel under Other, control the visual styling of the stars.
- Empty Color: Specifies the color for stars that are not active (unfilled).
- Empty Star: When this setting is enabled, inactive stars will have a transparent fill instead of using the background color provided by Empty Color.
- Item Color: Specifies the color for stars that are active (filled).
- Item Size: Sets the overall size of the stars.
Settings Properties
These properties, found in the Settings Panel, define the numeric scale and current value of the rating.
