All properties within the Appearance Panel can reference reusable design variables through Shipcode's Themes feature. For example, instead of setting a background color for each element on a screen, you can use a color variable instead. If you change the value of the color variable later on, all components using it will automatically change as well.

1. Hover over the desired property
2. Click the Attach Data icon when it appears
3. Click the "Theme Variables" tab at the top
4. Select the desired Collection from the dropdown
5. Select the desired theme variable
